At Bahama Life Booking, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences and seamless service for all tours . Below are the guidelines for how we manage the delivery of our services:

In-House Tours (Nassau Vicinity):

• Service Confirmation:
  All bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours of reservation. Guests will receive details including pickup times, locations, and activity schedules.
• Pickup & Transportation:
  Complimentary transportation is included for guests within the Nassau vicinity. Pickup times will be communicated in advance. Guests should be ready at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled pickup time.
• Tour Duration:
  Tours and charters run according to the scheduled times. Sessions are held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
• Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:
  In the event of cancellations due to weather or unforeseen conditions, guests will be notified promptly, and rescheduling options will be provided. No charges will apply in these cases.

Service Provider Partner Tours:

• Third-Party Coordination:
  For tours offered through our service partners, guests will receive confirmation and instructions directly from the provider. Bahama Life Booking ensures all partners meet our standards for service and safety.
• Pickup & Logistics:
  Transportation details will be coordinated with the partner. Guests will be informed of the exact arrangements prior to the activity.
• Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:
  Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen events will result in no charges, and alternative arrangements will be offered whenever possible.

No-Show Policy:
Guests who fail to arrive at the designated pickup location or activity site will be considered no-shows and charged in full for the service.
